Where the journey began…

From humble beginnings when traveling back in 2014, our co-founders at Parkos embarked on our journey to ensure that the beginning and end of your travel experience are as enjoyable as the actual adventure between!

We make airport parking a smooth, seamless and efficient process for all travelers using our TravelTech price comparison & booking platform. 

We started off by winning the major airports within the Netherlands and now operate in over 15 different countries and 3 different regions (and counting)! We’ve grown to over 120 Parkie’s and millions of travelers choose Parkos every year!

The team

The customer support team is responsible for daily helping our customers with questions via phone, email or other channels. The team currently consists of 21 agents, with different nationalities. Due to the growth of Parkos and developments for CS, we need a WFM Specialist who will help to bring the team to a higher level, enabling us to deliver the best service to our customers every day of the year. 

What you’ll do

  • As a WFM Specialist your daily goal is to ensure that we have the perfect accessibility for our customers, being able to help them in the different languages and various channels. 

  • You will be using data from the past and the forecast for the coming year(s), you will analyze and report what capacity is needed to contribute to the KPI’s of the CS team.

  • You will focus on forecasting, capacity management and the schedules for the agents in the team, based on the expected workload. 

What you’ll bring

  • 1+ year relevant working experience in a similar role;

  • Enthusiastic to work with data and numbers;

  • Nice to have; experience with Shiftbase;

  • Being proactive and able to make quick - problem solving changes;

  • 28 hours per week, divided into 5 working days + flexibility needed in weekends;

  • Good communication skills, for sharing/presenting information and reports;

  • You are flexible in your way of working, we are a dynamic organization with many changes taking place.

  4. Present assignment and discussion in second interview with CS Manager and CEO (60-mins)
