We currently operate over 1,000 parking sites in 15 countries - and counting. There’s even a location on tiny Reunion island in the Indian Ocean. Talk about dedication! 
Parkos customers visit our website, search, compare and book a parking space. It’s as simple as it sounds – at least, for customers.

We’re asking for a lot

For us, however, it’s anything but simple… Developing and maintaining a successful online comparison platform. Managing unlimited growth. Scaling and automating financial processes wherever possible. And offering customers the ultimate parking experience as a hassle-free start to their trip. That requires a lot. Dedication, but above all skills, experience and personality. You'll definitely be needing those as our new Finance Project Management Intern. 

So, what’s it like to be working at Parkos?

Here we go! Scaling and automating financial processes and ensuring all existing and new spending is efficient and maximises growth, together with Finance, is your holy grail. You will also implement Finance concept pages for internal departmental and company-wide communications and instruction. You will assist the Head of Finance with communications and documentation for new bank accounts, legal entities and alignment with existing processes. You will also assist the Finance Controller in streamlining existing processes in preparation for the annual audit.

As a Finance Project Management Intern, you will also help configure our ERP system Exact Online, complete projects and maintain a project progress tracker. For this, we are looking for someone with a keen interest in Finance and Finance-related systems, such as Exact Online, Payhawk, Juni and Adyen. Someone with an analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills. You are good at interacting with users and understanding their challenges and needs. You’ll also need these skills:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English - other languages are an advantage
  • Proactive, organised, enthusiastic, a team player
  • Strong communicator that and gets on well with people of different cultural backgrounds
  • Multitasking, prioritising and working in a dynamic working environment
