Dedication – that’s what binds us at Parkos. Every single person working here does all they can to provide safe and affordable parking near airports for our customers. We currently operate over 1,000 parking sites in 15 countries - and counting. There’s even a location on tiny Reunion island in the Indian Ocean. Talk about dedication! Parkos customers visit our website, search, compare and book a parking space. It’s as simple as it sounds – at least, for customers.
We’re asking for a lot
For us, however, it’s anything but simple… Developing and maintaining a successful online comparison platform. Managing unlimited growth. You analyzing the customer journey and make recommendations for relevant messages based on the data. And offering customers the ultimate parking experience as a hassle-free start to their trip. That requires a lot. Dedication, but above all skills, experience and personality. You'll definitely be needing those as our new CRM / Automation Specialist.
So, what’s it like to be working at Parkos?
Here we go! The customer journey is your holy grail; As our CRM / automation marketer, you play an important role in creating this experience pre- and post-booking within the marketing team (12 fte). You analyze the customer journey and make recommendations for relevant messages based on the data. You will develop these together with the content team. You will also work closely with our translation agency, as everything must be relevant to our international customers. In addition, you will take care of segmentation of our millions of customers and set up newsletters and activations in collaboration with the campaign team to increase bookings and retention. In this role, you work on the cutting edge of data and creativity, where good project management skills come in handy.
Great, let's take a closer look at the skills we require from you. As our CRM / Automation Specialist you are motivated bring our CRM processes to the next level in an international marketing team. You’ll also need these skills:
- At least 2 years of experience as a CRM marketer/ automation marketer (email marketer)
- Experience with automation tools such as Active campaign, SendinBlue etc. (or can advise us on another tools that works even better)
- Preferably experience with activation and retention campaigns
- Project management skills; you work together with different people within the organization, it's up to you to coordinate this well.
- Experience with A/B testing of emails and automations
