Internship SEO & Content marketing

Your mission

Are you a University (of applied sciences) student looking for a marketing internship in an international environment? Do you enjoy working in content and optimising content? Do you have an interest in learning what it takes to rank content in search engines like Google? Then this internship might be for you.

Why an internship at Parkos?

Parkos is a marketplace that brings together supply and demand for airport parking. Similar to platforms like Booking.com, Uber and Airbnb. Currently we are active in 14 countries, with 16 domains and 10 languages. We operate all these marketing from our head office in Groningen. During your internship you will work directly with our SEO and Content specialist. You will get the opportunity to see what it’s like to work in an international environment and develop your skills depending on your interests. 

About the role and team

At Parkos we like to challenge ourselves. That is why from day one you will be a full member of the marketing team. After you get familiar with our website you will support our content team. 

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyse and improve content performance

• Keyword research - find content gaps

• Add content to our website

• Create content/content briefing for content writers

• Optimise content for search engines like Google

• Setup A/B tests to improve click through rate 

Your profile

Who are you?

• You are currently a University (of applied sciences) student

• You are proactive 

• Team player but also independent 

• You write and speak English (if you speak also another language, it’s a plus)

• Available for 32-40 hours per week

• Work hard, play hard! You like to join our activities

• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
