Your main tasks will be:
As a marketing designer, you're part of the marketing team, making creations for both our paid and owned channels. In addition, you'll create designs for our sales department (presentations, flyers) and you'll contribute to the design of other promotional materials. You develop and design all kinds of marketing tools and expressions, such as videos, social ads, banners, brochures & leaflets. You do this for both our online and offline channels. In addition, you'll guard Parkos' brand identity together with our UX/UI designer. You know how to find the right tone of voice and make sure all communications fit the brand. You'll get a lot of freedom to do justice to your creativity.
Of course, you're not on your own. Your team consists of 10 marketeers and for each country, we have a native speaker who can support you with the translation of the various marketing expressions. Together, we come up with cool campaign ideas based on our objectives and we work passionately on our growth ambition to become market leader. We also offer plenty of room for you to develop further.
Who are you?
A minimum of 2 years experience as a marketing designer
Completed a college education in a creative/design direction
Experience in creating both branding and conversion driven creatives
Broad experience with editing videos, preferably making animations and HTML5 banners
Familiarity and/or experience with Adobe creative suite, sketch, Canva and bannerwise
Experienced in optimizing creatives based on data from various marketing channels
Preferably worked with international brands

Contract of 32 - 40 hours per week. Initially, you will get a temporary contract with a view to a permanent contract.
