Your main tasks will be:
You advise customers in making the best choice for them, taking into account the customers' wishes, but also the services that Parkos has to offer.
You provide information via telephone and our ticketing system.
You are actively involved in the review process, in this way you are aware of customer satisfaction. If there is a complaint, you’ll look for solutions.
Together with the Finance department you deal with payments from customers.
In addition, you are an active sparring partner for our parking partners.
Who are you?
For this team we are regularly looking for Italian, Dutch, German, Spanish and French agents. In the ideal situation you match the next requirements:
You master one of these languages and the English language orally and in writing. The customers that you are going to help are within the specific language markets and a lot of English is spoken among your colleagues.
Ideally, you have experience working at international customer service, if not you are enthusiastic and motivated to learn the way of working within Parkos.
You are flexible in your way of working, we are a dynamic organization with many changes taking place.
