About Parkos
Parkos is the platform for finding - and booking parking spots near airports. When Parkos started we were offering parking spots at Schiphol. Now, seven years later, we are servicing hundreds of thousands of customers at airports all over the world, such as The Netherlands, Belgium, France, the United States, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Australia, and Germany. Our customers go to the Parkos website, compare and then book a parking spot with one of Parkos' 1000+ parking partners. Parkos is expanding and we are currently looking for a new Account Manager Germany. Do you get enthusiastic about acquiring and maintaining new accounts in the travel sector? Do you have affinity with the travel sector or do you have a background in Sales? Maybe you will become our new Account Manager Germany.

About the role and team

What will you be doing? 
Your goal? Continue the growth of Parkos by getting the best parking deals at our focus airports in Germany. On occasion, you also travel to Germany to catch up with our partners or get contracts signed. You do this together with our Country manager Germany. You will also work with the other international country managers and account managers. for Spain, the Netherlands, France, Italy, the USA, and the UK. We mainly speak English with each other, so don’t worry if you don’t speak any Dutch.


Your main tasks will be:

  • Search, contact, and contract new parking partners.

  • Maintain a good relationship with the existing parking providers.

  • Identify opportunities for new business, cross- and upselling.

  • Ensuring best deals and commissions with our partners.

  • Strategize and contact potential affiliate partners like travel organizations.

  • Challenge the status quo and articulate where our platform can bring value.

Your profile

Who are you?
  • You have at least 2 years of work experience in a business to business environment, doing business acquisition and/or relationship management.

  • You have excellent communication skills in German (meaning in speaking and writing).

  • Experience with selling products or services in Germany.

  • Having lived in Germany would be a plus!

  • You have strong operational and strategic skills.

  • You want to build up Parkos' partner base and want to grow with us on a personal & professional level.

  • We have offices in Groningen and Amsterdam, working remotely is possible under the condition that you are able to come to our office in Groningen once per week.

We look for a natural self-starter who sees things through from start to finish, and who learns from every mistake. You have the skills to sail past the gatekeeper, straight to the owner of the parking lot, convincing them to partner with us and use the Parkos concept. No one wants to see an empty parking space after all!
