About Parkos

Parkos is the platform for finding and booking parking spots near airports. When Parkos started we were offering parking spots at Schiphol. Now, eight years later, we are servicing hundreds of thousands of customers at airports all over the world, such as The Netherlands, Belgium, France, the United States, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Australia, and Germany. Our customers go to the Parkos website, compare and then book a parking spot with one of Parkos' 1000+ parking partners. Parkos is expanding and we are currently looking for a Junior Corporate Recruiter.

About the role and team

As a Recruiter at Parkos you make sure we get the best talent possible. You are constantly looking for talent, approaching them, and helping them through the candidate journey. Bringing in new colleagues gives you a lot of energy. You will be working in the HR team and together with the senior Recruiter you will put recruitment further on the map. 

Responsibilities

What will you be working on?

  • Find and approach potential candidates for the open and future vacancies in the Customer Support department 

  • Support the recruitment process in other departments 

  • You take care of the screening of the applicants and make the first contacts

  • Provide appropriate assessments for the various positions

  • Build our talent pool and keep it structurally updated

  • Participate in projects related to the optimisation of our recruitment and employer branding processes

Your profile

  • You are available at least 16 to 24 hours a week

  • Calling candidates feels like your second nature

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience (in-house or agency and preferably scale-up)

  • Proactive attitude and thrive in a dynamic work environment

  • Fluent in English. Being fluent in Dutch is a plus

  • You have good people skills and excellent communication skills

  • You are finalising or you have a bachelor's degree
